The Toolkit is in development. We distinguish the evidence for individual components from the readiness of the complete product.

An initial foundation, checked locally.
An initial verification component has recorded passing local tests for checking build artifacts and test evidence. It associates an artifact with its SHA-256 identity and produces a consistent verification-status report.
The saved component test record reports 24 passing tests. This is a narrow development milestone, not a certification of the complete MCP service, a public deployment, or every planned integration.
